Return Period
You may return unused products in original packaging within the period stated at the time of purchase (typically 14 or 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified). After this period, returns are at our discretion unless the item is faulty.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Items that have been installed, assembled or damaged by use are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.
Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return reference. We recommend using a tracked service.
Return Process
Contact us via the contact page to request a return. We will confirm eligibility and send you instructions and any return reference. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless faulty. Items that have been used, installed or damaged by the customer are not returnable for a refund unless required by law (for example under Australian consumer law for faulty goods).
General Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable law. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under your statutory consumer guarantees. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; you may need to follow the return process after receipt.
